PHOTOGRAPHY FAQ’S

How do you price your photography sessions?

All of my sessions are set prices, so you don’t have to worry about surprise upcharges. The only additional cost would be for extra event hours if needed. I don’t limit hours or the number of photos I deliver, and if you’re looking for something not listed in my pricing guide, we can absolutely chat about a custom quote!

Do you travel for shoots?

Yes, I do! I travel anywhere within Georgia, as well as nearby areas in South Carolina and Florida.

Instead of charging hourly for travel (because traffic can be unpredictable), I charge $1 per mile. This keeps things simple and avoids unexpected costs.

Travel is completely free within 60 miles of Savannah, GA. This includes Statesboro, Pooler, Rincon, Guyton, Springfield, and Richmond Hill.

If your location is beyond 60 miles (for example, 100 miles away), you’ll only be charged for the distance past that 60-mile range.

How many photos will I receive?

It depends on the session, but for most individual or couples sessions, I typically deliver around 60–100 photos. I always give my clients everything worth delivering and never cap the number of final images. You’ll have plenty to choose from.

For weddings, galleries are much larger, usually in the hundreds for smaller weddings and into the thousands for larger ones. If you’d like a more personalized estimate, feel free to DM, email, or text me!

Can I request specific edits or styles?

Absolutely. I love when clients bring their own vision! We’ll talk about your style and preferences before the shoot. (Go ahead and get started on your Pinterest board!!)

How long will it take to get my photos back?

My typical turnaround time is 1–2 weeks, depending on the project. I’ll always give you a clear timeline upfront, and you can also check my pricing page for turnaround estimates based on your specific session type.

What happens after I fill out the booking link?

Great question! Once you fill it out, I’ll get a notification and be so excited to work with you. I’ll usually text the phone number you provided (unless you prefer email), and then I’ll send over your client portal—think of it as your one-stop spot for everything.

Inside, you’ll find a quick questionnaire so I can get a feel for your vision and what you’re looking for, a simple contract for both of our protection, and your invoice.

To secure your date, there’s a 25% deposit due one week before your shoot (or one month before for weddings). The remaining balance is due the day of your session, or anytime before if you prefer (for weddings, the final payment is due one week prior).

After your shoot, I’ll send you a gallery link where you can view and download all of your full-resolution images!

My Contracts

My contracts are there to protect both of us—you as my client, and me as a creative! They make sure everything is clear upfront so there are no surprises, and that we’re both on the same page going into your shoot.

What does your general photography contract include?
For regular sessions, the contract covers all the basics so everything runs smoothly. It outlines your session details, payment schedule (including the 25% non-refundable retainer), rescheduling policy, and what to expect from me creatively. It also explains that I don’t limit photos, but I do have full creative control over how your images are captured and edited.

It also goes over things like turnaround time, travel and overtime fees if applicable, and usage rights—meaning you can print and share your photos freely, but they can’t be altered or used for commercial purposes without permission. It basically just keeps everything clear, fair, and stress-free for both of us!

What does your wedding photography contract include?
Wedding contracts are a bit more detailed just because there’s a lot more going on that day! It covers your booking retainer, payment timeline (with the final balance due before the wedding), and what happens if plans change. It also explains how I work creatively so you can fully trust me to capture your day as it naturally unfolds.

It also includes important details like timeline cooperation, having a point person for family photos, meal breaks for longer coverage, and what happens in unexpected situations (like weather or delays). Just like my other contracts, it also covers photo usage, delivery timelines, and making sure everything is protected and clearly communicated for such a big day.

What does your event photography contract include?
For events, the contract focuses on making sure coverage is smooth and organized. It outlines your event details, payment schedule, and what’s included in your coverage time. It also covers rescheduling policies and what happens if timelines shift or things run late.

It also explains usage rights depending on whether it’s a personal or business event, along with delivery timelines and expectations. Like all my contracts, it ensures I can work safely and efficiently while giving you the best possible gallery—and keeps everything clear so your event is one less thing to worry about!
